I had a great experience. Exterior Guru was recommended to me by a friend who recently used them for his roof. I contacted insurance about a wind claim, contacted EG to get a quote, they were happy to come out on short notice to go over my roof with the adjuster. The adjuster determined I had enough damage from a hailstorm last year to change to a hail claim; the catch was I had a little under a week to get everything the insurance required from the EG in order to meet the 1yr claim deadline. The team at EG worked quickly and was able to not only provide the documents for the ins, but complete installation within the time necessary. Not only were they quick, they performed quality work and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. If you're looking for a quality, professional contractor, look no further.
